Sunshine, Smiles & Growing Puppies

What a beautiful, sunshiney, playful, busy day it has been! Between the warm sunshine, happy energy and wonderful visitors stopping by to visit the dogs, it was one of those days where my heart is full and I never wanted to go back inside.

This week, Tonka, Anya, and Neema made the trek to our annual OFA Health Clinic to have their certifications updated. (It sounds like they took themselves! ) I couldn't be prouder of this incredible trio! Every dog received exceptional results and passed with flying colors—another reminder of why we place such a strong emphasis on health in our breeding program.

Back at home, we soaked up every bit of the gorgeous weather. The dogs lounged in the sunshine, Anya played in the hose and probably downed 5 gallons of water and everyone enjoyed a wonderful week together.

Meanwhile, sweet Noni mama spent the day doing the most important job of all—baking her precious babies. Noni is feeling beyond wonderful.

While she doesn't quite have a noticeable baby bump yet, but I can definitely see the little changes that tell me her body is hard at work and motherhood is well underway. Her ultrasound images already show those tiny puppies growing bigger every day, and it never gets old watching this incredible journey unfold.

The excitement around this haven has continued to grow as we anticipate babies ahead. We have so many wonderful families eagerly waiting to welcome one of Noni's precious puppies into their homes, and we can't wait to share every milestone along the way.
